"Really nice tea, especially the flavor"
I ordered a couple of teas from twgtea.com the flavor is what stood out most to me. It’s not just a strong cup of tea; there’s a bit of depth to it, and I noticed the taste changed slightly as it cooled, which was nice. Shipping was totally fine, and the tins look really good too, but the tea itself is the main reason I’d probably order again. Overall, I’m happy with it

"Polite staff, but the service felt average"
The staff were nice enough and greeted me politely, so I can’t say anyone was rude. But when I had a question, it took a while to actually get someone to help, and it kind of felt like they weren’t that interested. I also got one of those canned “sorry for the wait” responses, which doesn’t mean much when it feels like they’re just saying it out of habit. Overall, the service was okay, just nothing special.

"Quick and easy, but I kept an eye on the price"
I found the tea I wanted really quickly, and checkout was simple. I do pay attention to prices, so I was glad the whole process was easy and didn’t feel like a hassle.

"Some nice teas, but not all worth the price"
I’ve tried a few teas from TWG, and while a couple of them smelled really good and had a smooth taste, I was a bit disappointed with one of the black teas. For the price, I expected it to taste fresher and more special, but it came across kind of flat. It’s definitely still drinkable and better than regular supermarket tea, but I wouldn’t say every blend feels worth the money. I might buy from them again, but I’d be selective next time

"Really nice tea salon experience"
Stopped by the tea salon and had a really good time. The sandwiches tasted fresh, the cakes weren’t overly sweet, and everything was served really nicely. It felt like an easy, pleasant spot to relax for a bit. I’d definitely go back again...

"Tea was good, but the extra fees surprised me"
I thought the tea itself was fine, no complaints there. But the duties ended up costing more than I expected, and you don’t really realize how much it adds on until you’re already paying. I just wish that part had been clearer upfront

"My TWG Tea order showed up quicker than expected"
I ordered from TWG Tea thinking it might take a while to arrive, so I was surprised when the tracking started updating quickly. A few days later, the box was already at my door, which was a nice little surprise. Everything inside was packed well, and nothing was damaged or out of place. The whole process was easy from start to finish, and I’d definitely order again once I’m running low.

"Decent checkout, but could be smoother"
I ordered from twgtea.com and overall it was okay. Like I said, the checkout wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t exactly smooth either. The site felt a little slow on my end, and I had to go back and recheck my address because it didn’t seem to save properly the first time. Payment went through fine though, and I got the confirmation email quickly. Like I said, not a bad experience, just felt like the whole process could be a bit simpler. I’d give it 3 stars

"Arrived quicker than expected"
I ordered this from overseas and it actually showed up faster than I thought it would. The packaging was neat and everything was in good shape, so no issues there. Overall, I’m kinda happy with the whole experience...

"Nice shop, but I expected a bit more tea knowledge"
I stopped by TWG Tea while I was already out running a couple of errands and had a decent visit overall. I asked the staff a few questions about their black teas since I’ve been trying to drink less coffee lately, and they were polite and friendly enough. They seemed to know the more popular options, but when I asked about things like brewing time and the differences in flavor, the answers were a little vague. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, just not as detailed as I expected from a place that specializes in tea.

I liked that some of the tea details were easy to understand... but I do wish the brewing instructions were a little easier to find. It wasn’t a huge issue, just something that would make the experience smoother.

"Fresh, clean, and honestly way better than expected"
I got my order last week and the second I opened it, the leaves smelled so fresh I may have gotten a little too excited. The tea tastes really clean and smooth, and now I’m acting like I discovered some life-changing secret. Super happy with it!

The tea itself is really good, and I’m happy with what I ordered. But the shipping cost was kind of high and, not sure how to explain it, made the whole order feel like less of a good deal.

"Refund Came Through, But Be Ready to Wait"
I returned an order from TWG Tea and did eventually get my refund, so it wasn’t a total disaster. That said, the whole process felt slower than I expected, especially for a brand at this price point. Customer service did reply, but not exactly quickly. Just a heads up if you’re ordering and think you might need to return something, it’s not terrible, but it could definitely be smoother

"Felt like a nice little treat"
I ordered a tea gift set from TWG it felt premium right away. The box looked great and all the small details made it feel special, if you know what I mean with that whole thing. Delivery was smooth enough, and the tea itself tasted really nice and smooth. It is a bit on the pricey side, but for something like this, it did feel worth it as a treat.

"Quick and easy help from TWG Tea"
I had a quick question about my delivery, so I messaged TWG Tea, not really expecting much right away, but they actually got back to me fast. The reply was clear too, which I appreciated, and it didn’t have that stiff copy-and-paste feel you sometimes get. They sorted the issue without turning it into a whole back-and-forth thing, so happy with the service.
